Description
Chaga is a northern mushroom of the birch forests, familiar to anyone who grew up around them. Our extract is the classic chaga brew in concentrated form: a teaspoon in a cup of hot water, and the drink is ready.
How to take: 1/2–1 teaspoon per cup of water at 60–70°C, can be sweetened with honey. Pairs well with lion’s mane.
Composition: 100% water extract of Inonotus obliquus (wild-harvested, northern forests).
Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Not a substitute for a varied diet. For adults 18 and over.
