This document is a public offer — an offer to conclude a retail sales contract for the products listed in the shop catalogue. By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you have read these terms, agree to them, and accept them in full. Please read this text carefully before making a purchase.
Subject of the offer
The seller offers for retail sale the products listed in the catalogue: ceremonial and ethnobotanical products (hapé, sananga, kambo, ceremonial cacao, collectible fly agaric) and practice tools (kuripe, tepi, drums, bowls, sadhu boards and others). The buyer acquires these products for personal use. The range, descriptions and prices are shown on the product pages and may be updated.
Age restriction 18+
The products in this shop are intended exclusively for persons who have reached the age of 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Age confirmation is a mandatory condition of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order if there is reason to believe the buyer is a minor.
Ordering and payment procedure
Orders are placed through the shopping cart on the website. After placing your order, you receive payment details. We accept two payment methods:
- Cryptocurrency — using the details provided when you place your order.
- SEPA bank transfer — to the specified euro-denominated account.
An order is considered confirmed and accepted for processing only once payment has been received in full. Until funds are received, the product is not finally reserved for the buyer, and availability may change. If payment is not received within a reasonable period, the order may be cancelled.
Prices
All prices on the website are listed in euros (EUR). The price of a product is fixed at the time the order is placed. We reserve the right to change catalogue prices, but such changes do not affect orders that have already been paid for.
Delivery
We deliver across Europe. The delivery terms are as follows:
- Delivery cost is a flat €20 per order.
- Orders over €99 ship free.
- Estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 business days from payment confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier, destination country and customs procedures. We ship to the address provided by the buyer; the buyer is responsible for the accuracy of that address.
Transfer of risk
Ownership and the risk of accidental loss or damage to the product pass to the buyer at the moment the product is handed over to the buyer or a person designated by the buyer. In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, this does not limit your rights regarding a product damaged during delivery through our fault.
Nature of the products and liability
We draw your particular attention to the following:
- The products sold in this shop are not medicinal or medical products, have not been registered as such, and are not intended for the diagnosis, treatment or prevention of any disease. The information on this site is for reference and cultural-ethnographic purposes only and does not replace consultation with a doctor.
- Certain products have a special status. Hapé contains nicotine and is a tobacco product; fly agaric is offered as a collectible specimen. The buyer is responsible for independently verifying that the import and possession of a specific product is legal in their country before placing an order. Rules governing the import of tobacco and plant products vary between countries, and compliance with local law is the buyer’s responsibility.
- The seller is not liable for the consequences of using products for purposes other than intended or without reasonable care, nor for a buyer’s inability to receive an order due to restrictions in force in the buyer’s country.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations where this is caused by circumstances of force majeure: natural disasters, military action, strikes, disruptions to transport or customs infrastructure, decisions by government authorities, and other events beyond the reasonable control of the parties.
Governing law and dispute resolution
The relationship between the parties is governed by the law of [jurisdiction — to be filled in]. We aim to resolve any disagreements through negotiation. These terms do not limit the rights granted to you as a consumer under applicable EU law.
